  IT产业的飞速发展给我们的经济、管理生活带来了前所未有的变化。在此背景下,网络招聘以它独特的优势受到了越来越多的人的欢迎。网络招聘具有覆盖面广、信息量大且更新更快、招聘网络平台功能强大、效率高、可以更好地维护招聘的公正性以及成本低等优势,同时又存在招聘信息“水分”较多、缺少互动、信息反馈少、竞争更加激烈等劣势。
  
  目前,国内的求职招聘网站的竞争越来越激烈,怎样才能在激烈的竞争中求得生存,怎样才能在巨大的市场中占有一席之地,怎样才能在金融风暴中逆流而上?这些都要决定于各招聘网站的盈利模式是否成功。
  
  本论文主要在通过分析招聘网站及其盈利模式,以及对招聘网站未来的盈利模式进行探索,从而能够更加全面地了解与我们息息相关的求职招聘网站的运作和盈利模式。

  Abstract
  
  The rapid developments of IT industries have taken an unprecedented change to our economy and management lives. In this context, the network recruited is received by more and more and more people for the unique advantage. The advantages  of recruiting on network is of wide coverage, informative and updated quickly, the recruitment of powerful networking platform, high efficiency, can be better safeguarding the fairness of recruitment and low cost, while at the same time the disadvantage is obviously for the lack of interaction , less feedback information, such as more competitive disadvantage.
  
  At present, the job recruitment site is of more competitive, how can we survive in the fierce competition, how can we find our status in the huge market, how can we develop in the financial crisis? These will be decided by the recruitment pattern of network profit, to see whether it is successful.
  
  The main thesis is mainly analyzing the profit model of recruitment website, as well as the recruitment website exploration of the profit model in the future, that will help us to be more fully understand the operation job and profit model which is closely related to lives.
