基于客户需求的电子商务供应链重组研究

摘  要
  
  本文在学习、借鉴和参考相关研究领域资料的基础上,结合我国企业的实际以及客户不断变化的商品和服务的需求,本文对电子商务供应链进行了系统、深入的研究,主要从客户关系管理及电子商务供应链管理的融合程度进行研究,并对两者理论的发展历程和意义进行综述。
  
  论文首先结合现有的电子商务供应链模式进行分析探讨,指出现有供应链模式的不足。接着结合所研究的成果,从客户需求的角度出发,在综合考虑其他文献的相关内容以及现有电子商务供应链模式具体情况的基础上,按照供应链设计的原则,找出现有电子商务供应链不能最大限度地满足客户需求的主要因素,同时建立了一个有针对性和易于现场操作的基于客户需求的电子商务供应链模式,并对新模式进行了深入的评价和探讨。最后对研究结论进行总结,指出已有的研究中的不足之处,进而提出自己的一些观点及改进方法。

  Abstract
  
  With the study and drawing the basis on relevant research and reference information in this paper, we combine of Chinese enterprises, as well as customers constantly changing demand for goods and services. Then we study supply chain of e-commerce system, in-depth research, mainly from customer relationship management and e-commerce supply chain management to study the degree of integration of both theory and significance of the development process.
  
  Firstly we analysis the existing models of e-commerce supply chain analysis, pointing out the shortness of the existing model of supply chain. Then combining with the results of the study, from the demand of the customer, taking into account other relevant literature, as well as the supply of existing e-commerce chain model based on the specific circumstances, in accordance with the principles of supply chain design to identify the existing main factors of supply chain of e-commerce which can not meet the customer needs. At the same time we establish a based on customer needs e-commerce supply chain model which is in accordance with the problem and easy to operate and take the new model in an in-depth evaluation and discussion. At last we summarize the conclusions of the study, the study concluded that there are inadequacies in, and put forward their views to be better.
