基于移动电子商务的价值链研究

  移动电子商务(M-Commerce),它是由电子商务(E-Commerce)的概念衍生出来,现在的电子商务以PC机为主要界面,是有线的电子商务; 而移动电子商务是利用手机、PDA等无线设备进行B2B或B2C的电子商务,以前这些业务一贯是在有线的Web系统上进行的。
  
  移动电子商务价值链由移动网络运营商、内容服务提供商、金融服务机构、物流配送公司、商户、政府机构等多方共同参与构成。各方参与者基于同一个网络平台为共同的最终用户服务,彼此之间通过有效的合作使价值链的上下游在移动电子商务交易中获得共赢。
  
  本文主要是通过对我国移动电子商务发展的分析及其价值链的研究,明确了价值链的各方参与者在价值链中的地位和作用,对他们如何在价值链的互动中发挥各自的功能提出了建议,并在原先的基础上对现有的整个移动电子商务价值链进行了优化。

  Abstract
  
  Mobile Commerce (M-Commerce) consists of electronic commerce (E-Commerce) which derived from the concept. E-commerce is now a major PC interface cable which the mobile e-commerce is to use the phone, PDA wireless equipment B2B or B2C’s e-commerce. These operations have always been in the cable system on the Web system before.
  
  Mobile e-commerce value chain by mobile network operators, content service providers, financial services institutions, logistics companies, businesses, government agencies, such as participatory pose. All participants with a network-based platform for a common end-user services, with each other through the effective cooperation between the value chain so that upstream and downstream in the mobile e-commerce transactions to gain a win-win situation.
  
  In this paper, by the analysis of MEC development and the study of MEC value chain, the article has defined the status and the function of every participant in the value chain and puts forward the proposal of how to perform respective function for the value chain interaction. And optimization based on the original value chain of mobile e-commerce.
