  基于知识流程的企业知识管理研究--以中山邮政局为例
  
  摘 要
  
  随着全球经济一体化的加快和信息网络技术的迅猛发展,世界进入了一个全新的时代,人类的信息管理活动随之进入了知识管理时代。知识管理是以当代信息技术为依托,以知识的获取、共享、应用和创新为目的,对信息资源管理进行扬弃而产生的一种新的管理理论与方法,代表着信息管理发展方向和最新研究成果。知识管理对企业发展具有举足轻重的作用,是又一次的管理革命,而知识流程属于知识管理中十分重要组成部分。对于企业而言,知识管理能够给企业带来极大的利益。本文首先系统介绍了企业知识管理解决方案的进展情况,并从知识流程入手对企业的知识管理系统进行了分析,对知识获取、知识组织以及知识共享与利用都加以详尽的阐述:
  
  知获取是知识管理系统中的第一个环节,也是确保其能有效运转的基础。要提高系统对于知识的采全率与采准率,一方面要求企业员工对新知识其有较高的敏感性;另一方面要求知识管理系统具有较强的知识采集能力。对知识获取的管理的主要手段即在企业建立一套知识型组织结构,使侮一名员工的信息、意见或建议都可以通过简化了的知识结构直接传输到企业的高层领导,减少员工和领导之间的传输路由,提高信息的传输效率和保真度。
  
  知识组织是指知识的融合和有序化的过程,就是运用一定的方法按一定的标准把知识对象中的知识因子和知识联系揭示出来,便于人们认识、学习、理解和接受,促进知识运用和知识创新。它是整个知识管理系统中最核心的部分。加强知识组织环节的管理有利于提高知识的规范化、标准化程度。
  
  知识的共享和利用是知识获取和组织的基本目的。知识管理就是要改进知识的利用过程,提高知识利用和共享效果。对企业而言,经营活动的本身,始终贯穿着知识共享和利用过程。通过对知识的有效利用和对知识的分享,可以大大节约成木,有利于提高企业的经营水平。知识共享与利用又包含知识门户与知识检索。

  Abstract
  
  With the acceleration of global economic integration and development of information and network technology, we have entered into management have also entered into a new area. Mean while, human's activities of information area of knowledge management. For the purpose of knowledge capturing, sharing, applying and creating, knowledge management, which originates from information resource management, is a new management theory and methodology based on information technology. It represents the prospect and new fruits of information management. It plays a critical role in the development of businesses; Therefore, knowledge management is another revolution to businesses' management. In regard to enterprises, they can benefit a lot from knowledge management, although quite a few of them in China has not real1zed the fact. Starting with knowledge process,this thesis makes a deep  analysis on the knowledge management system, demonstrates thoroughly the knowledge acquisition, knowledge organization, knowledge sharing and application.
  
  Knowledge acquisition is the first link in the knowledge management system and keeps it effective. In order to improve the comprehensive rate and correct rate,on one hand, staffs are required to be highly sensible to new knowledge, on the other, knowledge management system are also demanded to be capable to collect knowledge. One method is to establish the structure of knowledge organization, which can help the in formation, opinions or suggestions of employees to transmit to leaders simply, shorten the transmission route between the employees and leaders, and raise the efficiency and purity. Knowledge acquisition includes knowledge searching and knowledge discovering.
  
  Knowledge organization means the process of knowledge fusion and keeping in order, that is to say,in certain way and according to certain standard, to reveal the knowledge gene and association among the knowledge objects in order to make people get to search,study, comprehend and accept, leading to advance knowledge application and creation. It is the core part of the whole knowledge management system. It will improve the degree of specification to enhance the management of the link of knowledge organization. Knowledge organization includes knowledge description,knowledge warehouse and knowledge map.
  
  Knowledge sharing and application is the ultimate purpose of acquisition and organization. The goal for knowledge management is to make the application better, improve the effect of application. In regard to enterprises,knowledge sharing and application run through its body. By application and sharing of knowledge, enterprises can save lots of money and raise the operating level. Knowledge sharing and application includes knowledge portal and knowledge retrieval.
