  基于单向散列函数的电子旅行支票系统研究与分析
  
  摘  要
  
  由于网络的蓬勃发展,许许多多的电子化服务相继产生,电子付款系统就是众人熟知的其中一种服务。
  
  大部份的电子付款系统是以复杂的离散对数机制来建立其安全性,但对于效率性而言,所需花费的时间运算成本却是相当庞大的负担。本文使用单向杂凑函数的特性改善了2001年Hsien等人提出架构于离散对数上的电子旅行支票系统中解离散对数机制的效率性问题,提出一个兼具安全性与效率性之新的电子旅行支票系统。又因电子旅行支票在信用卡的竞争冲击下,本文也结合了信用卡与借记卡优点,提出了转账与积分功能。
  
  本文具备了一般电子现金及电子支票付款系统的便利性及匿名性等特点,并符合时下大额付款及小额付款的需要,设计出付款模式。为使其达到安全性,本系统除拥有特定的使用者及遗失可申请补发等传统旅行支票的特性外,也具备了电子现金之不可伪造及禁止重复消费等功能,更搭配了智能卡 (Smart Card) 之储存媒介来增强其可移植性、安全性及便利性。因此,本系统适于实际的施行使用上,最后通过通济隆银联电子旅行支票系统分析了电子旅游支票的实现方法。

  Abstract
  
  A lot of e-services appear in succession because of the rapid development of the internet. The e-payment system is one of the services which are known by everybody.
  
  Most Electronic Payment Systems are based on an elaborate Discrete Logarithm for its security purpose. This raises a big issue regarding efficiency. Therefore, on the basis of the “Electronic Traveler’s Check System” proposed by Hsien in 2001 using Discrete Logarithm. In this thesis, we introduce a new “Electronic Traveler’s Check System” based on the “Hash Function” to improve the efficiency. Because of the impact of the credit card, this article combines the advantages of credit card and debit card, put forward a transfer function with the points.
  
  Our mechanism not only has the convenience and anonymity which are the properties of E-Cash and E-Check but also provides both on-line and off-line payment modes. The security features of this system include “no forgery”, “no double spending”, “specific user” and “reissuing”. We also employ smart card to the system to enhance its portability, security and convenience. Therefore, our system is practical for the real life implementation. Finally, it analyses the implement of the electronic Traveler's Check through the system of Standard Chartered Bank.
